Para thin alos – Neos Marmaras

“Para thin alos” means “by the sea” in ancient Greek. That stands absolutely true for this pretty villa, just 2km outside Neos Marmaras. A pine tree grove isolates the house from the rest of the world, creating a quiet and relaxing environment.

The sea is just in front of the villa. It is a small, almost private beach with crystal clear water and beautiful sunset views during late afternoon.

The place is cosy; not so many rooms, no extraordinary things. Standard facilities, clean and practical spaces and a small bar by the sea. The owners are very hospitable; they always try to make you feel like home. The location is ideal as it is very close to Neos Marmaras, the cosmopolitan center of Sithonia. At about 5km, there is the traditional village of Parthenonas, the only mountainous settlement of Sithonia.

Finally, you should not miss exploring the coastline of Sithonia. From “Para thin alos” you have many options either to the north towards Nikiti or to the south, towards Toroni.
