Ameris is located in Neos Marmaras, Sithonia. It is a modern family-run four star apartment rental house. It can host you all over the year and cover your needs for short vacation but also for a longer period of time at interesting prices.

It is found in the central square of N.Marmaras in front of the port, precisely above the sea. Ameris it is found in such place so that it serves all your needs. In close distance there are restaurants, fish-tavern, fast food, cafeterias, internet coffee, bars and clubs.

The location of Ameris offers direct access to: public services such as the police department and the post office (which shares the same building with Ameris ). Also there is a bank at roughly 50 metres distance, three supermarkets right and left of Ameris and a bakery at no less than 30 meters away.

During your stay in Ameris you can visit the wonderful beaches around Neos Marmaras. The most famous of them is the one called “Paradise”, a shallow beach suitable for children found at 800 metres from Ameris. There is also the main beach of Neos Marmaras and the beaches of the Porto Carras resort. Other beaches in close distance are Lagomandra and the coast of Kalogria which are equally amazing. Most of them have beach bars with sun beds and umbrellas.
